Driver Installation in Windows 10
Let’s consider installing the software for the Epson Stylus Photo 1500W. The instructions for this model are also relevant for other printers in the series. First, click on the link to download the driver. Agree to install it when the system asks for confirmation. This message appears after double clicking on the executable file (it will be placed in the “Downloads”).
An assistant window will appear. Everything is intuitive here: select the printer model with the mouse, check the box so that the system selects it by default, and click “OK”.
Define the desired menu language. In our case, this is Russian, but you can choose another from the drop-down list. Click OK.
Scroll through the entire text of the license agreement using the scroll bar. Remember that you accept its terms, so it’s best to know what you consent to. Check the appropriate option in the list and click “OK”. If you select Disagree, the driver installation process will be paused.
Connect the equipment to the computer from which commands will be issued. Turn on the printer. The system will recognize the device and configure the port automatically. Congratulations, you have installed the driver!
