Driver Installation in Windows 7
If you decide to set up your Xerox WorkCentre 5016 printer yourself, but are afraid of doing something wrong, read our tips. With them, you can quickly and easily complete the installation, and you can start printing in a couple of minutes. First you need to download the driver Xerox WorkCentre 5016. Use the link from this page. It is located above, click on it, specify the download location and click “Save”.
You will download the folder. Go into it and find the Setup.exe file in it. Double click to launch it.
Click on the line “Install all drivers”.
A small window will pop up, click “Yes” in it.
Click on the circle to the left of the word “Accept”. A dot will appear in it. Click on “Install”.
Remove the wires from the kit. Use a flat (USB) cable to connect the devices to each other. Connect the other wire to the printer. Press the power button on the equipment body. In the window, click on “Ok”.
You have finished the installation. Now we need to check that the printer is ready. Make sure there is no protective tape in the cartridge, remove any packing materials, insert paper, and you can start printing. If it fails, reboot the system.
